Description

The Graybriar Condominium Owners Association Emergency Special Assessment is an amount owed for the upkeep and safety of the community.  The assessment is mandatory and was voted into place by the Board of Directors under special rules in the CC&R’s that allow for the Board to initiate the collection of these types of assessments in situations that constitute an emergency to the community.  The amount of the Assessment is $4,500 per unit owned.

NOTE:  The quanity of units must be input in order to obtain the correct amount of the assessment to be paid.  For example, if you own 1 unit then you have 1 quantity.  However, if you own 2 units you would then input 2 as your quantity.  For an owner with 3 units, the quantity would be 3… and so on.
